There is no housekeeping service; however, it can be requested as per requirements. Additional fees will be charged.

Besides sparkling rooms and grounds to explore, you’ll find concierge helpers available with tips for dining, fun activities and more. Spa services or private chefs can also be arranged for extra pampering at added rates. Just let us know how we can enhance your experience.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, date modifications are only possible if done in advance (at least a week prior). Otherwise, failure to arrive will be considered a no-show with no refund.

In case of damage, guests will be held responsible. Each property is equipped with safety boxes, and guests are advised to have updated travel insurance.

The check-in times for each property may vary. We recommend that you speak with the property manager to confirm the specific check-in and check-out times. Please note that early check-ins or late check-outs cannot be guaranteed due to potential last-minute bookings. Late check-out until 4 PM (depending on the property) will incur a 50% nightly rate charge, and any departure after that time will be considered a full-night stay with corresponding charges.

Unfortunately, pre-reservation visits are not permitted. However, comprehensive details, pictures, and features of the property are available in our listings for your reference.

A cleaning service is not included when you book your holiday home. We prepare the property thoroughly upon your arrival, and we kindly ask guests to treat it with respect. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, extra cleaning charges may apply.

The rental is exclusively for the guests staying on-site. Any outside guests must be referred to our property manager before entry to ensure a smooth and secure experience for everyone.

While the property we offer is meant to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment, we understand the desire to make your rental feel truly like a home. If you have a special request in mind, like fresh blooms or balloons to celebrate an occasion, do not hesitate to contact your dedicated helper before your arrival date. Our attentive team enjoys putting personal touches that spark joy. Just give them a call or drop a note sharing your unique ideas. They’ll then provide details on what can be easily arranged and any small fees involved to cover materials.

Checking in and out of your property will be a breeze, thanks to our attentive on-site managers. When you arrive on your start date, one of our friendly faces will be available to greet you- whether during regular hours or beyond. They’ll happily provide all the essentials like keys upon greeting you with a warm welcome. Don’t worry about rummaging for paperwork, either. Our staff aims to make your arrival relaxing. Similarly, when it’s time to head home after wonderful days of memories, just co-ordinate check-out details in advance. Your reliable manager will be on hand to accept your return of keys and assist with any luggage.
