Welcome to Hudu Homes, your trusted partner in hospitality! Here are a few important terms you must agree regarding utilising our services as “Host” and “Guest”.

Hosts and Guests:

Within these Host Terms, hosts who make their properties available for occupancy by guests are referred to as “Hosts.” Guests, on the other hand, are individuals staying at these properties. This distinction helps create a clear framework for the roles and responsibilities of both hosts and guests in our community.

Host Terms

Our services to you, as the Host, are dedicated to ensuring that the property you make available for occupancy by Guests is prepared and ready for their stay.

We reserve the right to amend these Host Terms at any time by posting the revised terms on the website of Hudu Homes. Any amendments take immediate effect upon posting. By using the Site and/or our services, you confirm your acceptance of the current Host Terms.

SERVICES

Upon receipt and acceptance of a valid Service Request, we commit to providing services to you, the Host, with reasonable skill and care in accordance with these Host Terms.

You can request services through the website or by contacting us.

HOST OBLIGATIONS

To ensure uninterrupted access to services, you agree to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and timely information about the Property and Guests.
  • Collaborate fully and respond promptly to service requests.
  • Not attempt to solicit or entice away employees or contractors of Hudu Homes.

Acknowledge that Hudu Homes does not act as an insurer, and you are responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance for the Property and its contents.

Indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from any breach of these Host Terms by you.

CHARGES AND PAYMENT

Invoices for each Service Request, including services from Third Party Suppliers, will be generated. Charges are payable immediately upon receipt of the invoice and prior to the relevant service.

TERMINATION/CANCELLATION

Termination of your Client account in accordance with the Website Terms results in the immediate termination of the agreement set out in these Host Terms.

Upon termination of your client account, our services cease immediately. Charges for services provided until termination become payable upon receipt of the final invoice.

Service Requests cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled commencement will not be refunded.

MISCELLANEOUS

Each party warrants the power to enter into these Host Terms and has obtained all necessary approvals.

If any provision is declared invalid, it shall apply with necessary omissions. The remaining provisions remain in force.

These Host Terms are governed by the laws of the respective countries where our services are offered. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant country.

Guests Terms

Check-in & Check-out Timings for Guests:
  • Our check in and check-out times for our properties can vary depending on the property.
  • Early check-in or late checkout requests are subject to pre approval and property availability. Please email in advance for such requests. we’ll do our best to accommodate. Charges will apply accordingly.
  • The Guest will automatically be charged for the entire night if there are any unapproved late check-outs or if the housekeepers are unable to access the property because of a delay on the guest’s part.
  • The Guest is required to notify the Operator if they will be absent from the Property for longer than seven calendar days in a row. They must inform the operator regarding this absence and permit the Operator to carry out routine checks in order to avert any possible water leaks or other tragic incidents.
  • All our rental properties are rented in AS IS condition. Guests must inspect the property upon check-in and they must notify the Operator of any major damages discovered within 24 hours of check-in. They are entirely responsible for any costs associated with any major damages that are not reported to the Operator in a timely manner.
What’s Included for Guests:
  • All properties at Hudu Homes are fully furnished, equipped with standard appliances, linen, bath, and kitchen products.
  • Access to facilities like swimming pools and fitness gyms is provided if they are a part of the buildings unless they fall in some private facilities; details will be specified.
  • Water and electricity consumption are included; excessive usage will be charged separately.
  • Free high-speed Internet, basic TV programs, and telephone are provided. Extra charges may apply for on-demand TV programs and phone calls and will be dedicated from the security deposit.
  • Upon arrival, each property is equipped with a basic supply of bed linens, bath towels, toiletries, and toilet tissues. These items are not replaced during the guest’s stay unless requested to be done so at an additional cost.
Cleaning After Your Visit for Guests:
  • A cleaning fee is not included with the rental payment. Cleaning services are available at an additional fee.
  • Please remove any perishable food from the fridge before leaving.

Refundable Security Deposit for Guests

  • Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within a week from the approval date.
  • Security deposit for short-term and long-term bookings is informed separately.
Code of Conduct and Behaviour for Guests
  • Be good neighbours and keep noise levels reasonable after dark so others can relax.
  • No damage to be caused to the premises, including other properties in the community.
  • Absolutely no large parties – we want everyone to feel comfortable.
    Maximum guest limits must be followed for safety.
  • Please keep the place pet and smoke-free out of care for allergy-prone guests.
Payment Tariffs and Fees for Guests:
  • Full rental payment should be made in advance.
  • Fees and charges are inclusive of VAT unless advised otherwise.
Paid Bookings, Cancellations & No Show for Guests:
  • If you cancel your reservation within 7 days before the check-in date, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee.
  • Additionally, any paid amounts, including advanced deposits, won’t be refunded if you cancel your booking within this 7-day window.
  • Failure to reach the vacation home will be considered a no-show with no refund.
Changes in Booking Dates for Guests:
  • Guests can change booking dates with prior notice; subject to availability.
  • Extensions are subject to availability and rate difference.
Assigned Property Change for guests:
  • Guests can change booked property with notice; a reassignment fee may apply.
  • Refunds for price differences offered if requested 30 days or more before check-in.
Lost and Found for guests:
  • Guests must contact immediately if belongings are left behind; courier charges may apply.
Legal Activities for guests:
  • The property is for habitation only; any illegal activities will be reported to authorities.
Lost Keys and Access Cards for guests:
  • There are certain fees for lost items like Property key, Access card, Parking remote control or card.
Other Services for guests:
  • Additional services (visa permit, airport pick up/drop off, etc.) can be requested through the guest relations manager.
Emergencies:
  • In case of emergencies like fires or medical issues, numbers are posted.
  • Please take responsibility for yourself and any guests.
No Liability Undertaking:
  • Guests indemnify the Property Owner and Manager for any liabilities, theft, damage, or expenses arising from their use of the property.
  • Guests are responsible for their safety and that of accompanying individuals.

Your booking as a guest confirms agreement to these standard terms and conditions – they help everyone have a pleasant stay. Any violation may result in eviction and additional charges. The Manager reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time with notice to the Guest.
