We understand that plans can change due to certain issues, and that requires adjustment to your reservation. Booking & Cancellation
You may cancel your reservation at no charge if done five days before the scheduled arrival. However, please note that any paid amounts, including advance deposits, are non-refundable if the cancellation occurs within five days or less before your check-in date.
Reservation Modification

Paid Booking & Cancellation
For paid bookings, your refund will be processed according to our cancellation policy. Please note that any applicable transaction fees will be deducted from the refunded amount. Refundable Security Deposit
We require a refundable security deposit as insurance against any potential damages or misuse of our premises, furniture, and appliances during your stay. The refund of this deposit will be processed within 48 hours of the original check-out date.
Refund Process
Refunds will be made only through the original method of payment. If you cancel your reservation 30 days before the check-in date, a full paid amount will be refunded. Please note that refunding the transaction to the same method of payment may take up to 14 working days.
If you are eligible for a refund, the transaction will be processed within a week from the refund approval date. However, it is important to highlight that no refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pools, hot tubs, elevators, etc. We assure you that every effort will be made to maintain the functionality of these amenities during your stay.
Property-Specific Policies
Certain properties may have unique cancellation and refund policies based on their individual terms. These property-specific policies will be clearly communicated to you during the booking process. We recommend reviewing these policies before confirming your reservation.
However, no refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortages, flooding, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuations of the area by county officials due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of god or nature.
Refunds and Currency Exchange
All refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original payment. Any variations in the amount refunded due to currency exchange rate fluctuations are beyond our control and will not be the responsibility of Hudu Homes.

If you need to make changes to your reservation, such as adjusting the dates or the number of guests, please get in touch with our Customer Service team. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.
